Being accessible in today’s business world is not only preferred but necessary. By remaining accessible we also remain up to date and in tune with what might be going on in the design world.
However, we must find a balance between professionalism and the bridge that can be crossed into our personal life. Clearly stating when you can be reached and how makes this easier. It is all about boundaries, and by establishing these earlier than later you can avoid any awkward conversation that may need to happen in the future.
